FOOD GRADE Hydrogen Peroxide uses in the home

IN THE KITCHEN

Chicken, Turkey: marinade and meat tenderizer, place in a ceramic, glass, stainless steel or Corning Ware container and cover with 3% H2O2, placing a weight on top to keep itsubmerged if necessary. Recommended to AVOID the use of aluminun of or teflon coated pans cover loosely and refrigerate overnight. The next day, rinse and cook. Notice how moist, flavorful and tender it has become!

Fish marinade:Same, but only soak for a maximun of 10 minutes fish is more absorbent

Vegetibles & fruits soak: Use in stead of bleach or toxic cleaners to remove pesticides, molds, fungus and dirt. Add 1/4 cup 3% H2O2 to enough cold water to cover. Soak delicate vegetables 20 minutes, (lettuce, parsley, ect) soak thick skinner vege\ables and fruit for 30 minutes, drain and dry produce. seems to stay fresher longer!! Want it fast spray with 3% H2O2 and let stand for a couple of minutes, rinse and dry.

Rice or grains: Wash before cooking to remove bacteria and toxic impurities like aflatoxins by putting a light mix of peroxide in a bowl  water and let soak for 10  minutes will float to top, make sure rinse well.

leftover tossed salad: Put 1 Tbsp 3% H202 in cup water, spray the top of the salad with mix before covering and refrigerating.

To clean up kitchen: Spray bottle 3% H202 in kitchen used to wipe off counters tops and appliances. It disinfects and leaves the kitchen with a fresh smell. Works great inside the refrigerator, also on wooden cutting surfaces and utensils. Use to clean and disinfect sponges.

Add to dish water:2 oz of 3% to normal washing mix, makes glasses sparkle!!

HOUSEHOLD USES

Laundry: Add 8 oz to wash load in place of bleach.

Steamers, vaporizers, humidifiers: Use 1 pint 3% H202 (Kills mold, keeps them clean.)

Mattress mold and mildew: Spray a 3% solution coat surface and let dry.

Pets: 1oz to quart of water

IN THE GARDEN

Sprouting seeds add 2 ozs of 3% H202 to 1 pt. of water and soak seeds overnight.

3% per pint each time you rinse the seeds. Some have reported 3/4″ sprouts in 24 hours!

Watering Plants: put 1 oz 3% H202 in quart of water. Mist or water plants with mix.

Insecticide Non-Toxic Spray: Put 8 oz. white sugar, and 4-8 oz. 3% H2O2 in 1 gallon water. Use this as an insecticide spray. For best results, it must be reapplied after rain.

IN THE BATHROOM

Minor cut and scapes

Detoxifying bath: Add 1/2 to 1 pint 35% to tub premix before getting for invigorating rejuvenating bath soak, best if over 1/2 hour… best to do it early in day not to late may keep awake, lots of extra oxygen….

Hot tubs and spas: Used as chlorine substitute, best if used in non toxic water in proper ratios.

After shower spray:Use a 3% light mix to mist on body after bath or shower to replace the acid mantle on your skin that soap removes.

Facial freshener: Use 3% mixture with water on cotton ball after washing face.

Mouth wash: use 1% to 3% in strength for most effectiveness and safest mouthwash its possible to add a dash of liquid chlorophyll and flavorings.

Water piks: 1/2 to 1 tsp 35% H2o2 in reserviour water, reduce pressure until your gums become accustomed to it.

Gum Oxygenator: Mix a paste of baking soda, 3% H2O2 and a little salt. Use once daily along gumline and between teeth to kill harmful bacteria, leave in for one minute then rinse.

Toothpaste: Use baking soda and enough 3% H2O2 to make a paste, or just dip your brush in 3%.

Personal Hygiene: Spray toilet paper with 3% H2O2 before wiping.

Athletes Foot: Soak feet nightly in 3%H2O2 to the anti-bacterial / fungicidal properties

Warnings

Be careful avoid spillage. UNDILUTED 17.5 and 35% peroxide will sting and turn dead skin white upon contact (such as on the fingertips and calluses). If you spill on your skin, immediately rinse under cold tap water. Aloe will soothe and remove the stinging sensation after the skin has been rinsed. Avoid contact with eyes.

FOOD GRADE preoxide is safe for food uses if handled with care while being diluted, and is very economical. Concentrations lower than 35% will freeze. Freezer storage is Not recommended!!!

for 3%, 6%, 17.5% or any concentration below 35%. It loses only 1% potency per year at room temperature, but the plastic bottle will expand. Undiluted 17.5% and 35% must be kept refrigerated.

You CANNOT use standard drug store hydrogen peroxide for food or internal use it has toxic additives. You can purchase High Quality Hydrogen Peroxide in a 17.5 and 35% concentration you can delude to 1%-3%.
